Family Tree Chart draws a chart from the names, dates and places you send. This page says what happens to them.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers, any file you email and the finished chart are kept for 30 days after delivery so we can make the one free round of changes, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the chart and reply to you; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish your chart or your family's names, never look up or add records you did not send, never sell or share your details, and never use your family's data for anything but your order.

Payment

Payment is taken by Whop at checkout. We see the order code you type there and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.

Questions, changes, deletion

Email familytree@mail.tab.bot and we delete everything we hold about you within 2 days and confirm by reply.
